Casa de Silvia was created as a warm and intentional brunch experience in La Quinta — rooted in care, consistency, and a quiet kind of hospitality.
Every plate at Casa is crafted fresh, by hand, in its own time. Chilaquiles simmered in slow-cooked salsa. Pan dulce french toast layered with concha and condensed milk. La Silvia — our house plate — built around bistec ranchero and handmade corn tortillas.
We believe in quality over speed and consistency over chaos. If the kitchen takes its time, it is because we mean for it to.
Our room is small and intentionally so — warm tones, soft light, a few good chairs. It is meant to feel less like a café and more like the first hour of a long, unhurried morning.
Walk in. Sit a while. Order another horchata.
Seating is limited, and Sundays may be busier. We recommend arriving early during peak hours — and lingering once you do.
